MOTIVATION – MISSION – VALUES

WHAT MOTIVATES ME:

Creating connections – Business comes about when people understand one another!

Do you know one of the things the western world is really good at? Separation.

Over the years, this has led to the development of a range of scientific disciplines that are highly qualified and specific, each in its own ivory tower without the hope of being reconciled with other disciplines.

The same applies to us: we are increasingly living in partial realities that are separate from those of other people.

As a consequence, we need to learn to combine these separate existences and create new informed connections on an interdisciplinary, non-disciplinary, human, holistic and integral level.

LEARNING TO UNDERSTAND ONE ANOTHER IS THE BASIS FOR CONNECTION!

Do you know why I love conflicts? Because they show that the system in which conflict arises is healthy. A conflict is a healthy reaction intended to draw attention to something, and the conflict is the language or the grammar of the system. It is a bit like our immune system: the fact that it reacts to defend the body is an indication that we are healthy.

If you can see conflicts in the same light and assume that signs of a conflict are a healthy reaction, this forms a basis for mutual understanding and better categorization of your own intended actions.

What I mean is that we all become more aware that we are reconstructing our reality within ourselves, giving it subjective importance. And we are all doing the same thing. This automatically creates the desire to understand both our own world and that of others, in order to enter into a conscious interaction between ourselves and others.

As in physics, conflict is all down to friction. What motivates me is finding out whether something new will come out of it, something that is constructive, sensible, deliberate and creative.

THE CHANGE HAS ALREADY BEGUN!

In business and politics, leaders are increasingly drawing on ancient eastern wisdom and western knowledge. They are also realizing that the ways of thinking of the last century do not necessarily produce dignified and sustainable solutions for the new millennium and future generations. The use of a range of models and developments in the human psyche for the purposes of motivation, resource creation and conflict management is slowly becoming more popular in business.

However, the integral approach is the latest in providing access to these different resources and finding the most appropriate ones to use within the company.

‘CONNECTION’ CREATES SOLUTIONS!

The world is changing. On the one hand, values and visions need to be adapted to be sustainable and guarantee future generations a dignified existence. On the other hand, the relevant internal and external processes, structures, communication models, etc. need to be examined and adapted to the future-proof visions and objectives. Future viability is based on cooperation, togetherness and the initiation of co-creative processes, while also permitting competition and profitability. It is in harmony with the planet and thus comprises all living beings. At the same time, both business and political leaders are conscious of the different levels of awareness and are encouraging colleagues and employees to develop them further. For many companies, this means bringing about a clear paradigm shift in their company culture in order to remain viable for the future. The leaders’ connection to themselves and their employees in line with the change within the company is the be-all and end-all. Change, both personal and professional, begins with the individual. Being aware of yourself presents many opportunities, both internal and external.

A LOOK AT ELEPHANTS

Elephants are not only powerful beasts, they are also level-headed and intelligent. They have an excellent social understanding and, as powerful animals, they can help

  • solve problems,
  • boost courage by giving strength as a protector,
  • make carefully considered decisions, and
  • crank up spiritual growth.

WHY DOES MY LOGO INCLUDE AN ELEPHANT?

In many cultures, the elephant is a symbol of wisdom, peace and power. It is even considered sacred in Asia. Inner  Wisdom leads to inner peace and empowers oneself and others. This is what thrives me.
