WHAT MOTIVATES ME
Creating connections – Business comes about when people understand one another!
My cultural expertise has grown from many years of focusing on German–Indian relations. It has been enriched both in terms of content and beyond the borders of these two countries, so I now work on an international basis, often in many different countries.
This multinational perspective has honed my views on development, understanding, communication and commitment.
This expertise, coupled with my integral coaching approach, is valuable to every team and every manager, wherever they may be.
Enabling an understanding between oneself and others and seeing what the results can be is my motivation in everything I do.
My work and my passion make me an intermediary between people in organizations.
I have been working in this area since 2005, first studying business administration then enhancing my expertise in change management and intercultural consultancy based on the integral approach. The business administration perspective considers indices, processes, targets, etc. Then, my profound integral perspective considers the person. The significant factors that make people different have, for a long time, been considered potential sources of error or cost factors. By changing how they do things, companies can also avoid this dead end.
